Good morning/Good
afternoon/Good evening my friends, wherever you are! This is 1:00 pm., 9th
September, Sunday here in India. Hope you all are doing very well in your daily
life and spending a great weekend with your family and friends!
Yesterday was the
International Literacy Day. It was
proclaimed to be held every year on September 8th by the United Nations on
November 17th, 1965. The first literacy day however was observed on 1966. The
main aim behind starting a day on literacy was to spread awareness
among individuals, communities and countries.
Let
go friends to literate at least one person and rescue the person from the darkness
of illiteracy! Namskar.
