DESTINATION INDIA


Hello friends! Before I start 'Destination India' in a new format, I want to review the places, which I have already shared with you. So, in the first 4 posts, I will discuss about Rajasthann, one of the most beautiful destination in India!

Rajasthan(PART-I)

Jaipur



Jaipur is the capital and largest city of the Indian state of Rajasthan. It was founded on 18 November 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber. The city has been named after him.

There are so many places in Jaipur to visit; like - Hawa Mahal; Jal Mahal; Nahargarh Fort;  Jaigarh Fort; City Palace;  State Museum of Rajasthan or Albert Hall; Moti Doongri; Amber Fort.

How to go:
Jaipur is 260 km from Delhi and 240 km from Agra and forms the golden triangle of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. 

Air:  The Jaipur International Airport is called Sanganer Airport. There are domestic flight connections to Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jodhpur, Udaipur and several other places. There are international flights from Jaipur to Dubai and Muscat. 


Train:  Train connections are from Delhi, Agra,  Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, etc. 
Road: A convenient mode of travel to Jaipur is by road. Regular bus service of AC and Deluxe Coaches are available.  
   
Transportation: Locally roadways city buses and private buses are available, cycle rickshaws and auto rickshaws are also there, Radio and prepaid taxies are also available.



Accommodations: There are so many Hotels in Jaipur in all economy type.
